Ceva Antiparasitic Pipettes for Cats Strectis Spot On

Strectis Spot On are antiparasitic pipettes for cats for the treatment and prevention of flea and/or tick infestations.

The immediate insecticidal efficacy against new infestations by adult fleas persists for 8 weeks. Prevention of flea multiplication by inhibition of flea egg hatching (ovicidal activity) and flea egg development in adult fleas for 6 weeks after application.

The veterinary medicinal product has immediate and persistent acaricidal efficacy for 5 weeks after application. The veterinary medicinal product can be used as part of the treatment strategy for the control of Flea Allergic Dermatitis (FAD).

Instructions for use:

 

Remove the blisters from the carton and separate a blister.
Remove the pipette or spot-on by cutting with scissors or by bending the dotted line backwards.
Separate the coat along the dorsal line of the dog or cat until the skin is visible, place the tip of the pipette on the skin and start spreading the product from the shoulder blade area to the middle of the back to prevent the animal from turning and licking. It is advisable not to put all the product in the same spot.
The product will seep into the skin of our animal and will make a protective layer.

 

Contraindications:

 

Do not use on kittens less than 8 weeks old or weighing less than 0.5 kg.
Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any excipient.

 

Composition: Fipronil 68 mg; (S)-methoprene 34 mg.
